We run a full-time training course, running Monday to Thursday, consisting of more than 1,600 hours over three years.
The teacher-student ratio will not exceed 1:4. Each year is divided into three terms of 12–15 weeks each, with a midterm week off. You can join at the beginning of each term. Term dates.
The course fees are euros €1,600 per term (€4,800 per year), payable termly or by monthly standing order, i.e. €400 per month over 12 months, each year for three years.
The proposed daily schedule for course is: Monday to Thursday, from 14:00 to 17:30, with private lessons before or after (as arranged with the teacher). The daily schedule might be:

Please note that it has not been decided yet whether to run the course in the morning or in the afternoon, but the hours and the structure will be similar.
Daily Practical Work
The daily practical work consists of:
short, individual work.
guided hands-on teaching procedures for chair, table, saddle and voice work as well as activities such as standing, walking, running, etc. The groups are supervised by a teacher.
individual guidance through a particular movement or a series of movements exploring the primary control in motion. There is a game every day.
The lectures consists primarily of readings, with commentaries, from Alexander’s books and work by other authors on the Technique; and studies of relevant anatomy and physiology.
Each student will also receive a private a half-hour lesson every week for the first six terms. The lesson normally takes place before or after the class.
